FAQ

Q. What Type of Vinyl Works on My Car?

A. The answer really lies in what it is that you want your car to come out looking like.  A basic wrap will typically use Avery or 3M vinyl on a car wrap. If you are looking for a chrome finish, then consult with our car wrap sales professional to find out the best vinyl to fit your needs.

Q. What Happens if My Graphic Gets Damaged?

A. Our vehicle wraps come with a warranty after services have been performed. If your graphic or wrap begins to show wear or becomes damaged, reach out to find out our warranty process. We will be able to quickly help your graphic become ready for action again after some simple modifications.

Q. Is My Paint Safe?

A. If you follow the proper post-wrap maintenance instructions as provided by your installer here at DE, then yes, your OEM paint will be completely safe and intact. Keeping your paint pristine is the goal of a wrap until the removal or replacement of your product. If your paint is not a factory OEM paint, then please consult with our sales reps prior to wrapping. It may not be covered under our warranty.

Q. Can You Ensure My Car’s Safety at the Facility?

A. We store all of our projects inside a secure, locked facility. Here at Digital Effects, we pride ourselves on our business security. We want our great work to be admired by you, so we take the extra step to ensure your vehicle’s safety.

Q. Will Window Graphics Impede My Vision?

A. The magic of car wraps is that they look great on the outside of a car but have little effect from the interior. It is perfectly safe to drive around town with special 50/50 window perforated vinyl graphics on your rear windows.

Q. HOW LONG DOES A COLOR CHANGE TAKE?

A. It depends. To give an accurate answer to this inquiry is to give a comprehensive answer. But if you must have some sense of the end of the story now, three days is a safe estimate for a standard color wrap installation process.
